OUR PROCESS
1. YO, TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT... WHAT YOU REALLY, REALLY WANT.
For real! Do you need T-Shirts for an event? Caps? Hoodies? How many do you need?
The item and the quantity is all we need to get the process started!
2. IT'S TIME FOR ARTWORK!
Already have a design? Awesome, send it to us. If you don’t have one, no worries, we will work with you on your custom design.
Vector artwork is the bees knees and the most awesome form of digital artwork. Vector files are scalable (.ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf). If you don’t have one of those files, then send us a .jpeg or .png file and we will see what we can do.
If you have a sketch of what you want, send us that. A starting point is always appreciated. It helps us to know what you have in your mind. We won’t judge your sketches as long as you don’t judge ours!
3. GET A QUOTE
Alright! Let’s get started. I know you thought we were already getting started. Your first contact with us should tell us what item you would like to order, how many, and the possible artwork you have in mind.
Once we know that, we will email you a quote. Need a more formal quote to turn in for a PO request? Just let us know and we can send one over.
4. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PLAY
The game is afoot. Your order is considered placed when payment is received. There are a few options for payment:
- Credit Card – When we send you an invoice, you can pay online instantly. This moves your order along the fastest.
- Check – Mail a check or drop it by to get your order started.
- Cash – Drop your payment off and we can get started right away.
- Purchase Order (PO) – We accept PO’s from school, businesses and churches.
5. PROOF IN YOUR INBOX
Now we send you the proof, and you can reply with either “It looks good, but can you…?” or you can send our favorite reply, “We LOVE it! We are so excited!!!!!”
6. FINAL APPROVAL, SO WE CAN GET STARTED
All revisions are complete, and you are ready to speak/type that magical word that makes us get a big ol’ smile on our faces. We open the email to find that you don’t need anything changed. You are replying that the proof is APPROVED!!! And we are jumping for joy that you are as excited as we are about your new gear!
7. LET'S MAKE IT
Now is the time your anticipation grows and you get so impatient you send us an email to check on your order. Take a deep breath. Imagine yourself on a beach listening to the waves. While you are relaxing, we are sweating and knocking out order after order. We put your order in line for you to have it by your deadline. If it makes you feel better, ask us how it is going and if you are going to have your order on time. We will say yes, and you will smile and go get an afternoon snack from the breakroom.
8. READY FOR CHRISTMAS MORNING?
YOUR ORDER IS DONE!!! If you are local, you can pick up your order. We love pink lemondade snowcones. Just sayin’.
Not local? We can ship your order to you! That means that if you live 987 miles away, you can still order from us. Oh happy day!
